Musical Theater Dance Classes

It's time to unleash your inner vixen! In this class, we go over the fundamentals of dancing in heels and give you the confidence to strut your stuff to your favorite sexy songs. Not quite ready for a full heels class experience? No worries, come join us and dance it out in your sneaks until you feel ready to strap on those pumps! Heels Dance Classes

Certain songs have the power to unleash strong emotions, and our contemporary / lyrical classes allow the dancer to get lost in the lyrics and explore a free flowing type of movement. We’ll focus on using the entire body to tell a story, while emphasizing balance and technique. Contemporary / Lyrical Dance Classes

Get ready to live your backup dancer dreams! No more pausing and rewatching sections of music videos and live performances to try and get every move- this class will break it all down for you. Instructors will learn and recreate iconic performances so you truly feel like you’re on stage with your favorite artists.

MTV Moves Dance Classes

Jazz dance originated from African dance and focuses on rhythmic movements, clean lines, and encompassing the whole body within the movement. We focus on technique, such as turns, kicks and jumps as well as diving into the backbone of the style while each instructor puts their spin on it. And yes, there might be jazz hands 👋

Jazz Dance Classes For Adults

Have you ever seen a commercial where the actors are dancing about trying to sell you a shirt or new technology? Or a scene in a movie where everyone spontaneously starts dancing (lookin at you 500 Days of Summer and Enchanted)? Welcome to commercial jazz! This style has the underlying technique of jazz but with some more modern, street dance influences that make it a bit more mainstream.
