Terms & Conditions for Saucy Studios LLC

Effective Date: February 23, 2025

By enrolling in classes or purchasing services from Saucy Studios LLC, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change without notice.

1. Membership Conditions

• Memberships are auto-renewed and billed every 30 days from the initial billing date.
• To change your billing date, contact samantha@saucy-studios.com.
• A valid credit/debit card with sufficient funds must be on file at all times.
• You agree to update payment details if the card expires, is lost, or stolen.
• Saucy Studios reserves the right to terminate membership if payment is not received within 7 days of the billing date.
• Check expiration dates for Single Sessions, Class Packs, and Private Lessons to ensure validity.

2. Membership Cancellations

• Our memberships have no commitment terms.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to samantha@saucy-studios.com at least 1 week prior to the next billing date.
• Rejoining later will be subject to a new signup fee.

3. Late Cancellations and No-Shows

• If you can no longer attend a class, please remove yourself from the roster so others on the waitlist can join.
• Cancellations made within 4 hours of the class will incur a $5 late cancellation fee.
• No-shows will incur a $15 fee.
• Your first late cancellation and no-show fee will be waived as a courtesy.

4. Refund Policy

Saucy Studios does not issue refunds for:

• Memberships
• Single Drop-Ins
• Class Packs
• Private and Semi-Private Lessons
• Private Parties and Wedding Dance Lessons
• Saucy Intensives, Video Programs, and Live Performances

5. Canceled Classes

• If Saucy Studios cancels a class, your pass or credit will remain valid for future use.
• We will attempt to reschedule canceled classes, offering priority sign-up for those originally registered.

6. Safety and Community Standards

• We maintain a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment for all members.
• Failure to adhere to studio policies may result in termination of membership.
• Individuals exhibiting intoxicated or disruptive behavior may be asked to leave, with payments forfeited at staff discretion.

7. Health and Well-being

• You certify that you are physically fit to participate in dance activities.
• Inform us in writing of any physical or mental health concerns that could affect your participation.
• We cannot be held liable if you fail to disclose relevant health information.

8. Emergency Medical Treatment

• In case of a medical emergency, Saucy Studios staff is authorized to seek and administer emergency medical treatment, including contacting emergency services if necessary.

9. Age Requirement and Childcare Policy

• Classes are designed for adults 18 years and older.
• We do not accommodate children on-site, including waiting in office or locker areas.
• Our classes may feature uncensored music and adult themes, providing a space for full expression.

10. Photo/Video Release

• By enrolling in classes, you consent to being photographed or recorded during classes and programs.
• Saucy Studios may use photos or videos for promotional materials, social media, or online distribution without compensation.

11. Acknowledgment of Risks

• You understand that participating in dance classes involves physical exertion and inherent risks.
• By enrolling, you accept these risks and participate voluntarily.

12. Release of Liability

• By participating in Saucy Studios activities, you release the studio, its instructors, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses.
• You agree to indemnify Saucy Studios against any claims related to personal injury, property loss, or damage.

13. Loss of Property

• Saucy Studios is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings on studio premises.

14. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

• All class materials, including teaching techniques, choreography, and class formats, are the intellectual property of Saucy Studios.
• You agree not to disclose, share, or use this proprietary information to compete with Saucy Studios or solicit its members or staff.

15. Assumption of Responsibility

• You agree to follow all studio rules and instructions.
• You assume full responsibility for your actions during classes and events.

16. Agreement of Understanding

• By enrolling, you acknowledge that you fully understand these terms and conditions and agree to them voluntarily without any duress.
